Fairview Dental Group was established in 1988 by Dr. Thomas Brzostowski. Dr. Brzostowski is a graduate of Illinois Benedictine University and Loyola University School of Dentistry. His ultimate goal as a practitioner is to bring the highest standard of care to each patient in his practice, and he has been doing so for almost twenty years. Dr. Brzostowski believes in staying abreast in latest dental technology available to his practice, and is always striving to find something new and exciting to add to the office. A member of the American Dental Association and the Chicago Dental Society, Dr. Brzostowski is active in the dental community. He is committed to continue the clinical excellence that makes Fairview Dental Group the gold standard in Chicago’s western suburbs. Dr. Brzostowski and his wife live in the area with their four children. He enjoys spending time with his family, and he plays an active role in his children’s athletic activities, as a fan and a coach. An avid fisherman, Dr. Brzostowski has a real passion for Chicago White Sox baseball. Dr. Brzostowski understands the importance of family, and he hopes Fairview Dental Group will continue to meet all of your family’s needs for many years to come.
